The main objective of drying is to increase the life of the product and the material. Drying is a temperature control application that allows the moisture in the material to evaporate.
Depending on the input humidity of the product to be dried and the desired humidity at the exit, the number of floors and the heat exchanger design to be added to the parallel floors will differ with the numbers.
On the upper floors, the heat exchanger is heated with steam. With the help of the heated heat exchanger, the heated air comes into contact with the product and drying is carried out. Each floor is exposed to hot air in order to reach the desired humidity. On the lower floors, drying is provided with air at ambient temperature. Here, too, the drying method takes place only on the lowest floor. In some applications, the air passing through the heat exchanger is supplied from the outside environment, while in others, the heated air after the cooling method is passed through the heat exchanger.
